Card charges will appear on your statement as “mollivers.com”. All prices are quoted in GBP and do not include delivery. Discount codes cannot be combined.

By placing an order via our website (mollivers.com), you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which mollivers.com will not be responsible. We will however do our utmost to get you the items within 14 working days of your order.

If any item is delivered to you in a state that is not up to standard (and you are not happy with) or it is delivered more than 14 working days after your order is placed please contact me at jake@mollivers.com with your comments and complaints. I will do my utmost to reply with a solution within 24-48 hours of receipt of your email.

Mollivers.com retains the right to refuse any request made by you and you must be over 18 years of age. When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement confirming receipt of your order. This will be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. Mollivers.com retains the right to accept or reject this offer before processing the order. A contract between us for the purchase of the goods will not be formed until your payment has been approved by us, the prices have been verified, and the order has been processed and dispatched. An email will be sent confirming these arrangements.

Pricing and Availability

While we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund. Shipping costs will also be charged in addition.

Shipping costs are estimated at the time of the order - you are responsible for choosing the correct shipping option according to the items in your order. If you have not selected the correct shipping option, we will email you & you will be required to provide the extra funds to cover the correct postage rate. If we don't receive this, we will cancel the order and refund the money you have paid.

The website may contain typographical errors or other errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. We therefore reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to refuse to fulfill any orders that you may place based on information on the website that may contain errors or inaccuracies, including, without limitation, errors, inaccuracies or out-of-date information regarding pricing, shipping, payment terms, or return policies.

Product Specifications and Suitability

The books we produce are authored, illustrated, edited and designed by Mollivers Ltd. They are printed off-site by Biddles Books Ltd. Any mistakes in the text or illustration are purely accidental and we apologise if any errors in anyway lessen your reading experience. These sorts of errors would not warrant a refund. The print quality provided by Biddles is to a very high standard and each book is checked before posting out to you. We cannot provide a refund if you are unhappy with the print quality unless you can provide relevant photographic evidence that the quality is below standard at time it is received.

The jewellery we sell is handmade and each unit is inspected before being sent out. Any blemishes or damaged units are sent back to the supplier and therefore if you are unhappy or feel any item of jewellery is sub-standard please contact us (on jake@mollivers.com) with details, photographic evidence and your preferred refund option. Any items cast from pewter are designed to 'scratch and wear'. Please be mindful of this fact - this is not a fault and we will not be able to provide a refund for normal 'wear and tear'.

The clothing is designed by Mollivers Ltd but is produced off-site in association with Monster Press Ltd. The quality of both clothing and printing as well as the sizing and labelling is all checked by Mollivers prior to packaging. The clothing should be as seen in the images available on-line at www.mollivers.com. We try to show the colours of the prints as accurately as possible but again, they can be subject to variation & may differ slightly to the physical print you receive. By placing an order, you agree that this is a possibility & that mollivers.com shall not be held responsible for any variations in colour. If you feel that there is a discrepancy in the quality, colour or design and the product does not match your expectations please email us at jake@mollivers.com with this information and we will do our best to provide a full refund.


Orders should reach you within 7-10 working days but we cannot and do not guarantee this. Jewellery items may take a little longer to deliver but we aim for 10-14 days. If for any reason, stocks are low, or we are unable to fulfil your delivery within these timespans we will notify you by email.

Mollivers.com has no liability to you for any delay in the delivery of products ordered. We will do our best to get all orders sent out as quickly as possible. You have the right to cancel delayed orders at any time up until we have posted them, just contact jake@mollivers.com with your order number. Occasionally an item may be discontinued. If you have placed an order for an item that has been made obsolete we will inform you as soon as possible and offer you an alternative if one is available.


We hope you won't have any reason to feel disappointed. However, if your order didn't live up to your expectations, please email us at jake@mollivers.com within 14 days of the date you received your item with your order number, the reason you're unhappy, and with photos if necessary and we will do our best to provide a full refund.


We shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages or expenses. This includes, but is not limited to, damage to property, lost income, profits, economic or commercial losses and third parties claims. We will do our best to get all orders dispatched as quickly as possible.
